  1. Initial Contact: Client calls our scheduling number

  2. Automated Greeting: System plays the following message: "Thank you for choosing Heart and Mind Healing! You can schedule an appointment either through our website at heartnmindhealing.com and clicking the request an appointment button, or I can text you the link. Would you like me to send you the scheduling link via text message?"

  3. Consent Methods: Client can provide consent by either: • Verbally saying "yes" • Pressing 1 on their keypad

  4. Alternative Method: • If client declines the text message, they are provided with the website address again • Clients can access scheduling without requiring text message consent

  5. Confirmation (if text is requested): Upon receiving consent, system confirms: "Perfect! One moment please. I'm going to send you a link in a text to this number."

  6. Message Delivery: Single text message sent containing: "Thank you for choosing Heart and Mind Healing! Here's your scheduling link: https://heartandmindhealing.com/schedule Reply STOP to opt-out of future messages."
